Protecting your personal data matters to Fener Juwelier. This statement explains which data is processed when you visit this website and when you make an enquiry. The basis is the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

Contact and enquiry form
When you use the form, the details you enter (name, phone, email if given, type and description of your enquiry) are stored on our server in Switzerland and used to process your enquiry. We also receive a notification by email, for which Google (Gmail) is used as the email service. Beyond this the data is not passed on to third parties. You can request deletion of this data at any time.
WhatsApp & phone
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) also apply. For communication by phone or WhatsApp, your number and the content of the call or message are used to handle your request.
Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files (including shortened IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves technical security and is deleted after a short time. The website is delivered via the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) for protection against attacks; connection data is processed in the course of this.
Cookies
This website sets only one technically necessary cookie, which stores your chosen language. For anonymous audience measurement, each page view is recorded with the date, the page requested and, if present, the referring domain. No cookies are used for this and no IP addresses are stored; returning visitors are only estimated via a daily-rotating value that cannot be reversed. The figures for Fanar Ali's two websites (Fener Juwelier and Fener Service) are evaluated together and without any personal reference. There is no cross-site tracking, no advertising and no sharing with third parties.
